The Liberation of L.B. Jones (sh. Oslobađanje L.B. Jonesa) je američki igrani film snimljen 1970. godine u režiji Williama Wylera, kome je to predstavljao posljednje režijsko ostvarenje u karijeri. Po žanru je drama, a temelji se na romanu The Liberation of Lord Byron Jones Jessea Hilla Forda, inspiriranog stvarnim događajima koji su se 1960-ih odigrali u gradu Humboldt u državi Tennessee. Naslovni lik koga tumači Roscoe Lee Brown, je imućni crni pogrebnik čija mlada supruga (čiji lik tumači Loa Falana) održava vanbračnu vezu sa bijelim lokalnim policajcem (čiji lik tumači Anthony Zerbe). Radnja prikazuje kako se on zbog odluči razvesti, a što će pokrenuti niz dramatičnih događaja koji uključuju ubistva i zataškavanja. Scenario za The Liberation of L.B.
