Adenin fosforiboziltransferaza (EC 2.4.2.7, AMP pirofosforilaza, transfosforibozidaza, APRT, AMP-pirofosfat fosforiboziltransferaza, adenin fosforibozilpirofosfat transferaza, adenozin fosforiboziltransferaza, adenilat pirofosforilaza, adenilinska pirofosforilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom AMP:difosfat fosfo-D-riboziltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

AMP + difosfat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } adenin + 5-fosfo-alfa-D-riboza 1-difosfat

5-Amino-4-imidazolekarboksamid može da zameni adenin.
