District of Guam
District of Guam er et av USAs 94 føderale distrikter og dekker territoriet Guam i Mikronesia.[1]
Distriktet tilhører den niende domskrets, og anker over distriktsdomstolens avgjørelser går til U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (med unntak av patentsaker og krav mot den føderale staten, som går til U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit). Distriktsdomstolen har ett dommerembede samt én stilling som forhørsdommer.[2] Ettersom domstolen ikke er hjemlet i USAs grunnlov artikkel 3, har rettens dommere kun ti års stillingsvern. Rettens sete er i Hagåtña.[3]
Distriktets United States attorney har også ansvar for District of the Northern Mariana Islands og dekker både Guam og Nord-Marianene.[4]
