Rispetto alla stagione precedente si aggiunsero i Siouxland Bombers. I Black Hills Gold si trasferirono a Mitchell, nel Dakota del Sud, cambiando nome in South Dakota Gold, mentre i Rochester Skeeters divennero i Salina Rattlers dopo il trasferimento a Salina.
