Holokaus di Albania terdiri dari kejahatan-kejahatan yang dilakukan terhadap Yahudi di Kerajaan Albania oleh pasukan kolaborasionis Jerman, Italia dan Albania saat negara tersebut berada di bawah pendudukan Italia dan Jerman pada Perang Dunia II. Sepanjang perang, sekitar 2.000 Yahudi mengungsi di Albania sebenarnya. Sebagian besar pengungsi Yahudi diperlakukan baik oleh penduduk Albania lokal, meskipun pada kenyataannya, negara tersebut mula-mula diduduki oleh Fasis Italia dan kemudian oleh Jerman Nazi.
