Fenton Township is located in Whiteside County, Illinois, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was 536 and it contained 236 housing units.[3]
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.26 square miles (91.3 km2), of which 34.9 square miles (90 km2) (or 98.98%) is land and 0.36 square miles (0.93 km2) (or 1.02%) is water.[3]
