Ayask Rural District (Persian: دهستان آیسک) is in Ayask District of Sarayan County, South Khorasan province, Iran.[3] It is administered from the city of Ayask.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,736 in 1,292 households.[5] There were 4,166 inhabitants in 1,301 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,261 in 1,374 households. The most populous of its 161 villages was Baghdadeh, with 1,808 people.[2]
